Yes, IQC for income raw materials process, IPQC during mass production once an hour in each machine process; FQC with random inspect and OQC before shipping.

Yes, materials need to be produce with ISO standard. Based on IQL standard, if defect rate above acceptable rate, full batch to be retrun for reproduction.

Any compliant, an problem report will be issued from our systyem for customer to fill out. Meeting will be held urgently with report to feedback solution to customers.
